LaMoni’s Waxing Studio’s Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to LaMoni’s Waxing Studio. That time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, opportunities are missed to fill that appointment time.
Because we know it is so easy to forget an appointment, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance through text and or email, therefore giving you ample time to reschedule or cancel. Since the services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation and or no-show fee of at least 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The following will be strictly enforced starting February 1st 2021.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of at least 50% of the cost of all reserved services.
No-Show / No Calls will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of all reserved services.
Appointments made within 24 hours of booked appointment time that need to cancel must cancel 4 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to cancel within 4 hours of appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of all reserved services.
Please understand the cancellation policy allows us time to inform any standby guests of new availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
